Our health services support adults of all abilities to live healthy, active and connected lives.

Funding your care

The cost of services can depend on:

  • Your income
  • If you have a concession card
  • If you are eligible for government funding and which kind
  • What services you need

Some services are free. We will let you know the cost of any other services and appointments.

These are some of the ways people can use and pay for our services:

Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP)

For people who need services to support them to live at home. There will be a small cost.

Home Care Packages

For people over 65 years of age who need a higher level of support than CHSP to live at home. Eligible people can get funding to use on services to help them live well and safely. The cost of our services will be covered by your package so you will not be out of pocket. Find out more here.

NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme)

For people with an NDIS plan who need services to help achieve their goals. The cost of services will be covered by your NDIS funding so you will not be out of pocket. Find out more here.
